All inclusive management service for all holiday rental apartments

All of the following is included;-

  • I provide a service to check if you can licence your property for tourist lets BEFORE the costly and lengthy process provided by the local authorities. 

  • I list all properties on a number of rental websites and manage all contact with potential renters

  • I price each property according to the season

  • I manage paid advertising on Google and Facebook

  • I am on call 24/7 in case of emergency

  • I manage the cleaning and laundry, inspecting the property before each arrival

  • All cleaning, cleaning products and laundry are all included in the 30% I change for each reservation

  • I personally meet each visitor, show them around the apartment, explain how to get around town, give them keys and answer any of their questions. 

  • I personally collect the keys from each visitor and check the apartment is left in good condition and locked up securely. 

  • All payments for each reservation are made through bank transfers

  • I have fully qualified maintenance staff on hand for any issues that arise

  • Any maintenance is priced and confirmed with the owner before going ahead. 

  • I provide a list of all reservations and break down of all payments each owner will receive

  • I register each property with the local tourism office

  • Each client has a contract, agreed and adjusted specifically for them. â€‹

Extras for visitors (and of course owners too!);-

  • I can organise taxis or explain how to catch the airport bus to meet renters at the bus stop and show them to the apartment. 

  • I am on call to help renters find bicycle rental, good restaurants or anything else they need. 

  • I supply toilet paper, shampoo, washing liquid and all the basics they will need for their stay

  • Those arriving late at night are offered a welcome pack so they have some basics on arrival
